Job Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with the regional Service Sales Manager, service coordinator and other channels like Service, sales and marketing.
  • Responsible to initiate the renewal process of Service Contracts in time.
  • Responsible for warranty conversion (Service contract after expiry of warranty) in time.
  • Support internal Sales channels with timely price information, quotations and supporting marketing collateral.
  • Responsible for Initiating sales for value addition services and spares.
  • Customer interaction and follow up on Value Added services like - qualification orders and other service enquiries.
  • Administers the Service Contract business through renewals quotation (90 days before expiry), contract document preparation, contract implementation.
  • Ensure contracts are invoiced timely and follow up unpaid invoices.
  • Ensure Contract Customer Data in SAP and other references or systems is always up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain Contract Forecasting file on a daily base and provide summary upon request.
  • Run monthly renewal lists and distribute to RM's to ensure renewal and conversion process is started timely.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate policies, procedures & standards
Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years from similar industry- Medical devices / Biotechnology / Pharma / Healthcare
Good interpersonal skills
