Job Responsibility

  • Development and support for Mobile Application for Learning, Employee Engagement, Digital Portal based on SharePoint, & Chatbot Application
  • Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
  • Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
  • Fixing bugs and performance problems
  • Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions
  • Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
  • Responsible for Training & HR related digital IT initiatives
  • Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
  • Techno Functional resource who can provide Technical & Functional support to business
  • Participate in selecting appropriate processes in software development that are suitable to the project, to ensure quality design and implementation work and lead in the execution and monitoring of these processes
  • Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures.

Job requirements

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

  • Experience in handling a support project in Mobile Application, Chatbot, SharePoint etc
  • Should have techno-functional knowledge of Mobile Application, Chatbot, SharePoint etc
  • Should have working experience on Mobile Application related to Learning and Engagement
  • Should have a working knowledge of ChatBot Platform
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Proven skills and experience in Good companies. Banking & Financial Services Domain experience will be preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
  • Deep knowledge of Android, iOS, etc
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile
  • Familiarity with the JSON format
  • Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
  • Familiarity with push notifications
  • Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences
  • Experience on Machine learning , NodeJS, MySQL, NoSQL & graph Database
  • Experience on Python, ML, NLP is must
  • Past experience working with chatbot
  • Experience working on the variety of Datasets which includes text, images and other logs or clickstreams
  • Fundamentals of Natural Language processing
  • Self-starter willing to learn things on the fly
  • Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
  • Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
Educational Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate
